Minor Tribunal Bugs | Morroblivion

I'm playing through the Tribunal quests now, and have had the following difficulties:

(1) I was unable to donate the Mace of Slurring to the Museum in order for it to count towards the two donations necessary to receive the piece of the blade for the Main Quest. I was able to sell it to the Museum, but there was no option to donate it. I simply donated another artifact as a workaround.

(2) I was unable to complete the Crimson Plague quest. I picked the lock on the tomb, entered it and received the message about the smell, but Mehra Helas never had the updated latest rumor in order to point me to Nerile Andaran, and so Nerile never had any relevant dialogue.

(3) Khash-Ti Dhrur did not drop any Pyroil Tar, but the two bottles were at the bottom of the waterfall in Norenen-dur, the Wailingdelve, as per Morrowind.

(4) Some words in the written text for the long speeches of both Almalexia and Azura at the end of the Main Quest were cut off; they are fully voiced, though, at least with voice mod I have installed...

BTW, all of the bugs were found while using the latest version of Morroblivion, v0.64... Other mods are minimal. In addition to the ones bundled with Morroblivion, I have a player house, the Armory Lab, for Oblivion which shouldn't impact Morroblivion, and for Morroblivion, Auriel's Balmora Player House (corrected by roxon_55) and v06 of the Morroblivion Voice Acted Mod (corrected by ponyrider0).
