When I try to rescue Varvur Sarethi, he won't enter the door to Sarethi Manor. I don't have a key for Sarethi Manor and have been using the Open Hard Lock spell to go through the door. Could this be the problem? And if so, how do I go about getting a key or making him go through the door so I finish this quest and continue to become the Redoran Hortator?

The doors are Open Around 8 am there time, and close Late at Night Work your Escape to suit Doors being Open.
