So... i downloaded this mod and tried several times to get it work but no luck

I added .esp file to Oblivion\Data\ , Marked and moved to end of the list on load priority and my map in-game is all white screen (ofcourse cave marker's are on the map but otherwise its all white) ..... any ideas how i can solve this problem ? i tried several other map mods but still same problem....

Just some (i'm barely awake) observations...Does your map work without the new mod? Why don't you use Unofficial Patches for Oblivion, Knights and Shivering? Why are you using a Bash Patch, isn't that typically used to keep your mod count down (i.e. when you have 100+ mods) or lots of overlap?
Did you clean Knights.esp with TES4Edit? Once that's done, I'd uncheck Bash Patch and try it. If it still won't work, Unofficial Oblivion, Unofficial Shivering and Unofficial Knights (don't clean them). Run BOSS and/or LOOT to find out if there's some conflict your missing.
