[CODING] Recent graduate needs to stay sharp and get some experience

Hello Skywind Team,

I've been excited about Skywind for a while, and now that I've recently graduated and feel like I have the skills (and time) for it, I would love to help out; both to contribute to something I'm really excited about, and for the experience and learning it will give me.

My most experience is in C++, C, and C#, but I also have familiarity with Java, Python, SQL, PHP, and even MIPS (not that most of those are particularly relevant here!).  As far as the Construction Kit goes, I've made tiny mods that alter little Actor values like shop gold, but nothing intensive. Due to mod conflict resolution, I would even say my experience with TES5Edit is actually greater than my experience with the CK.

Also, I read through this primer on Papyrus, and it seems like something I can pick up pretty fast.
