Screen turns solid blue when hit during combat

Im having an issue where the screen will turn solid blue when I'm hit during combat. So far combat has been the only time it does this. It only turns blue for a second or two and goes away until I'm hit again. Anyone else having this issue?

Sounds like a problem with either your videocard or it's compatability to the somewhat badly coded Oblivion engine.

What graphics card are you running, how long have you had it and have you had any other strange problems with other games?

I'm using an ATI Radeon HD 4350 512MB. And I've had the card for about a year, maybe a little longer. I haven't had any issues running Oblivion with this card or any other games. This is the first time I've ever seen this issue come up. It first came up when I was fighting in the Addamassartus cave. But after restarting the game I let a cliff racer hit me and the issue didn't come up. Could this be an interior issue?

Well it looks like a game restart seems to have fix the issue. Weird fluke.
