WOOD ELF VOICE AUDITIONS

This is where you can upload your Wood Elf (Bosmer) voice auditions. Please keep this thread only for auditions - feedback and other comments relating to voice work can be posted in the hub thread.

Sample Lines

http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Aengoth_the_Jeweler You can find scrap metal in most Dwemer ruins. I wish I knew a better place to get some, but I don't. We need four pieces of scrap metal to be on the safe side, but you don't need to try and clear out a Dwemer ruin, just run in, snatch some, and get out. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Galbedir Are you here for scrolls, outlander? Or are you here from some other enchantments? Or even soulgems? Whatever your enchanting needs, you've come to the right place. Voice Descriptions

There are three basic tropes for male Bosmer in Morrowind.

1.) The whiny/annoying Bosmer: Fargoth https://soundcloud.com/nickpoling/fargoth-bosmer

2.) The scheming sleeze-bucket: High Pockets (Steve Buscemi) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1nLIbkjGzdA

3.) The Napoleon complex smug bastard: Gaenor (Wallace Shawn) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzaL8wiSjnM

Female Bosmer are generally bitchy bossy and shallow versions of Elle Wood from Legally Blonde. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NotqNgDLzU4

Hi there! My name is Jesse Perreault, I have voice acting experience and also have access to a professional studio. These tracks were, however, recorded at home and are best heard through headphones. I have submitted for various roles, I hope to hear from you soon! Thank you for your time.

Hello, I don't know where my voice would be the best fit, so I am submitting a few samples to various races. I'm also not 100% sure what you're looking for in a female Bosmer voice, so I recorded two versions. The first is at my lower, natural speaking voice, and the second is pitched slightly higher and a bit more chipper. Thanks for taking a look!

There may be a tiny bit of background hum, because for the sake of speed I used my office computer to record rather than my studio computer, which is silent.

Here is my woodelf audition. This one was a lot of fun becuase of how annoying I got to be with the voice. Will anyone let us know if the recording sounds too scratchy or anything? I dont mind having to re-record.
