In Morrowind you could net yourself some early and easy daedric armor by traveling to the ghostgate, murdering Ralyn Othravel and bringing his bow to Therena before she asks for it. In MorrOblivion I just can't seem to find Ralyn in the tower of dawn. I'd just like to know if He's supposed to be up there, or if I have to get the quest before he shows up.
Also, I'd like to say thanks for the hard work spent on this project. MorrOblivion has been more fun for me than Oblivion and I'm glad it's here.
Steph since you keep bashing
Steph since you keep bashing on the scripts in Morroblivion, why don't you make a patch that fixes them all and send it to David? I know you've posted a lot on script fixes in the past, but David won't integrate it into the master unless you make him aware of it via PM...
he's there, but disabled
he's there, but disabled until some script somewhere enables him.
