A new version of Oblivion UI Texture Overhaul has been updated on Nexus Mods. There is now an additional Morrowind-like themed background.
UPDATE: Oblivion UI Texture Overhaul - Dialog Menu icons in color has been uploaded to Nexus Mods. This upadate contains only the textures/menus/dialog files to be incorporated in the next mod revision.

My intentions are to finish remodeling the Map icons next. Eventually all the UI icons will be remodeled in color.
I have uploaded the new map menu to the Oblivion UI Texture Overhaul Updates section. It is not yet integrated into the mod, so it will be an additional addon for now.
The next phase is the rest of the menu icons, and there are alot. It may even take me a week or two to finish remodeling all of them.
