Problems with morroblivion

Hi guys, im not a super experienced modder so Im sure I could have messed up somewhere. I followed the installation instructions and did everything it said, used wyre bash, installed everything outside of program files, load order is correct, but the game starts like oblivion normally does. the only change is that there is sometimes morrowind music. What did I do wrong? In the oblivion launcher data files it shows all of the mods and they're checked.
