Yeah, the other day I found a website when I was looking in Google for mods for MO and basically is a .omod file that you have to download and then you activate the thing and that's it! As a Morroblivion Modder this will save me a lot of time, thanks to this I no longer have to make backup's, subfolders, etc..
Very neat and a great option for begginers, is fantastic and you don't have install it with the esp conv tool, is easy and fast, check it out:

besides, i think that it is crappy that every tree and rock has been replaced with oblivion ones, continue this way and morrowind will look just like cyrodill.
