The items on that table are references with FormIDs: 01862144, 01862145, 01862146, 01862147, 01862148, 01862149, 0186214a, 0186214b. Only one of those objects is replaced with a NoHavok model, but it's actually the Goblet -- which is the one item that is actually showing up on the table without a Missing Mesh Diamond. It looks like the diamond is positioned where a "Scroll of The Mage's Eye" should be (0118018c). The filepath for this model is "Morroblivion\Clutter\Paper\Scroll01.nif". If that file is in your Data\Meshes folder, then try deleting it because it might be probably corrupted. Deleting it should force the game engine to load the original file from the BSA.
I don't have a 'Paper\' folder under 'Oblivion\Data\Meshes\Morroblivion\clutter\'. Just 'Books\' and 'bottles\', which are all the clutter meshes I see included in Morroblivion Unofficial Patch.

On the Table should be 3 Scrolls 3 Potions 1 Goblet 1 Book.
Try DeActivating MOB_NoHavok_Bottles_and Clutter. to see if the turn Up.
