A cave close to Ghostgate called Shushishi is supposed to have an NPC named Halof with a slave key. I killed all the other hostile NPCs in the cave but didn't see Halof, and couldn't get his key to save the slaves. I looked at the change logs and didn't see this bug (?) mentioned. Should I just spawn Halof myself? Anyone has his ID#?
I will try to reproduce this
I will try to reproduce this behavior, potentially Halof has wandered off somewhere and gotten himself killed.
Halof's formID: 0126087A
Key's formID: 01400162
