Hello all, so I updated my game to the new v065 and it works well! Although the new EngineBugFixes seems to mess with this carry all you want mod that I always use and I can't find which line in the ini file to disable.

AllisterHenderson is correct. My apologies for dismissing your concerns about this issue in previous posts. I'm working on a hotfix that is compatible with v065. The original CarryWeight Hotfix will NOT work with v065.
CarryWeight_Hotfix_for_v065.7z This will be merged into v065-RC3

The reason I ask is because in v064 there was a bug "specifically tied to how the bloodmoon/werewolf scripts implement CarrryWeight/Encumbrance when transitioning in and out of Werewolf mode" quoted from Ponyrider0 https://morroblivion.com/comment/88538#comment-88538
This bug in the Unofficial Patch (v064) blocked other mods from altering the Encumbrance (I had the same problem).
Ponyrider0 provided a CarryWeight hotfix for this: https://morroblivion.com/comment/88398#comment-88398 which worked for v064.
This CarryWeight Hotfix (for v064) ended up being left out of the Unified hotfix (for v064). https://morroblivion.com/comment/88782#comment-88782
This Unified hotfix was merged into v065, I am thinking it is possible that the CarryWeight Hotfix may of been left out of v065....
