WTF Meshes

I have installed the German Morroblivion and have started a new game. There are plenty of WTF-Meshes  in the ship, on deck and in the water and near the entrance door. I don't know what is missing. I tried a clean installation and got the same result. Five years ago I played Morroblivion without any problems. What could I do? I'm using Wrye and Loot.
