I installed morroblivion again on steam version and the quest tracker doesnt show any marker for any quest.I tried multiple quests and no marker.I played it like 2 years ago maybe its a newer version and my saves dont work right but i dont know i need confirmation.Pls help this is what i liked about morroblivion i could play morrowind with quest markers i never was able to advance too much in morrowind since i didnt know where to go.

Check your Oblivion\Data\Ini\Morroblivion.ini file and make sure you did not change the following line:
;========Quest Markers=========
;Enable or disable quest markers (arrow pointers on map) for Morrowind quests.
;1 - enabled (default)
;0 - disabled
set MorroDefaultQuest.QuestMarkersEnabled to 1
If this line is correct or you do not have a Morroblivion.ini file, then you should try re-installing Morroblivion. If that still does not work, then you may need to do a clean uninstall of Oblivion and remove all INI files, especially the ones in Documents\My Games\Oblivion and then reinstall Oblivion and Morroblivion.
