Just installed Morroblivion yesterday for the first time & to my surprise I came across a problem almost immediately when trying to travel I believe you're suppose to have a dialogue option of choosing a destination with the silt strider caravaneer but there was only a few topics to choose from with her such as "Destination" and "Silt Strider" but neither of them gave me a box to pick a destination from or anything like that.
Besides the fact that I cannot seem to be able to travel via Silt Strider the dialogue appears to be buggy. This is my first time using this mod so I don't exactly know which lines are voiced by which npcs but I have made two characters basically to just see if I could travel via silt strider if I just restarted the game and have found that some lines of dialogue were voiced in my 2nd game that weren't voiced in my 1st game. Even weirder is that the lines that are voiced go silent if I nudge my mouse away from the npc's general direction.

I'm having the same issue you're having I cannot seem to use Silt Striders to fast travel either. Their NPCs only talk about their services but nothing pops up or asks me where I wan't to go. Have you figured out what was causing this issue? For the most part I've only downloaded mods from this site and from Bevilex' modlist for Oblivion.
