Some Places CTD when I play.

First of all, I must say that I'm sooooooo much love this game and this mod. Thanks for all guys work!

Places listed below thoes were CTD within gaming,maybe some sort of works could solve but I didn't try before. I'm now using v65 RC4 with patch 2020.10.10. My mod list uploded to the end of this thread.

•   Maar Gan : Repeatedly CTD once step in this location.

     I remember when I first time playing Morroblivion, everything going fine here but after a new game. It keeps crashed at once I step into the location, seeing the LOD changing then.....booom~~~

     Didn't try clean-mod-listed game (only Oblivion and Morroblivion) test yet.

•   Fences area around Ghostgate: Once upon a time, I tried to go there from Ald'ruhn with "hiking" the mountain, thankfully it finally crash itself.

    Tried to get there from every direction but no doubt. Then I made clean-mod-listed game and a new save with "coc ghostgate01" getting there for testing, ......booooom~~~~Crashed the same :D

•   Caldera: I'm not sure if I did something to this town because I drop bunch of moon sugar in a shop for the boss refuse to trade with me.

    But it seems having solve after I took them all back. I'm going to test more times.

•   Some times location update or changes: Sometimes fast travelling \ opening a door \ sleeping then wake up......booom~~~~~

   Quite a low frequency, however with PCB++, I can play this all day :P

•   Area around Sargon in Sheogorad (On the top of the map, west of Mzuleft): Didn't know what happens to this area, just passing around then got CTD.
