Right, so I make a new file, go through character creation, can't unlock the door to leave the office with the general fella to get to Seyda Neen proper. Not the main point of this, but it occurred that I might as well add that in, too. I cheat in 5000 gold, no clip onboard the ship, talk to the fella, purchase passage back to cyrodil, the loading screen happens, the loading bar fills up, then crashes instantly. Wat do?

The Office door not unlocking, is a problem I have as well..
