[] New game not working

im kinda new to this but i installed morroblivion to a (hopefully) clean oblivion that had been reinstalled, however when i try to start a new game i get the morrowind intro video but am then taken to the imperial city prison. i have the morrowind esm and esp as well as the transport mod and my load order was sorted with BOSS and the game opened with OBSE through wrye bash. If any more information is needed ill happily provide it.

sadly still doesnt work, the kahjiit is now on the prison bridge and able to take me to vvardenfell but i would rather not have all the stuff from oblivions starting dungeon on me as i begin morrowind

Have you figured it out yet? There is a setting in Morroblivion.ini (inside Data\Ini) which controls whether you start on the ship to Morrowind or in the Imperial Prison.
