I have both Oblivion and Morrowind, with all their expansions, so its all fully patched and I have all the requirments, but the .esp converter is not working properly, after I press enter twice nothing happens, so how exactly do I use it?.
If you have vista, then it's not going to work unless you config both your vista and esp converter. And believe me... it's hard. BUT, there is a simpler way for you. Try http://morroblivionfull.blogspot.com/ and put all three of the plug-ins right under oblivion. NO EXCEPTIONS. And then it will work for you. This is an omod btw. You will need Oblivion Mod Manager.
