whenever i enter a dungeon my character suddenly becomes a olypmic runner. is there any reason for this? Like when im on the overworld i run normally because I just started a new game, but whenever I enter a dungeon I move incredibly fast. I don't know what would be causing this.

Character runs normally on overworld when in dungeons character runs fast
Is it just your character or also all other characters that are zooming around? This could have to do with FPS cap set incorrectly or over-corrected. I had this problem with Oblivion Display Tweaks OBSE plugin, but other mods do it as well. This is not related to Morroblivion, by the way, it's just Oblivion.
