Quest for Mage Guild - I decided not to tell Ranis about Only he stands there... and so he should teach me... but there is nothing (after I reported to Ranis in Mage Guild) when I click Unsanctioned Training.
and there was also problem geting him to the Tavern in Pelagiad... he didnt want to come... Needed to wait for some time in Tavern and then he enter...

He gives you a discount when you pay for his normal training.
And the thing with the doors and NPC's not moving through them fast enough is an Oblivion bug.
