Question about Direct2Drive versions of Oblivion and Morrowind

Pretty sraightforward question, can morroblivion work with the Direct2Drive's version of the games?  Oh and there won't be a problem with Oblivion GOTY Deluxe?  Because the game is literally labled Oblivion Deluxe instead of plain Oblivion, same for the main folder.
