Skyrim preorder

Just preorderd skyrim on steam. Haha steam is so nice I get a skyrim hat for tf2. I'm traveling ATM so I have not tried the hat yet. It's called the tamrielic relic and it's the nordic helmet from the trailer. The hat bonus lasts until august 8th and its "genuine" and people who didnt preorder in time can later craft the hat but it wont be genuine. What do you guys think? Edit other new tf2 items include the pip boy and stuff from other Bethesda titles [External image]

I have a hard time acknowledgeing steam doing anything cool, I've had trouble with them in the past and dislike the way they do business. However, I will gruffly admit that they do some cool stuff. It's a cool idea to be able to download games, and I've bought COD Black Ops and Sanctum off them... I also like that they seem to do a lot of neat game sales...

I plan on preordering /purchasing Skyrim at a store. A friend of mine and I are going to do an overnight where we pick up the game at midnight and then go home and play it till morning...

I've heard a bit, but only a bit, about team fortress two. Is it good?

Idk.about the map but tf2 is good

The map probably will be mailed to me, tf2 is the best game ever besides skyrim and tf2 became free on steam eecntly and tf2 will never stop getting updates. The game is 5 years old and new stuff is added all the time

IMO steam will never come

IMO steam will never come close to the wonderful feeling of a shiny DVD case and that 'new plastic' smell that comes off it.

There is online but some things you can't get unless you buy 10 dollars or more at once at the man co store ingame. As for moding it's a difficult. The only real mods are maps/new items. Mod items don't work online but mod maps can be added to servers

kinda COD like

No leveling, but you can unlock new weapons but they are not necessarily better than other weapons. Like for example, the spy has a fefault knife and disguise kit. With it you can make yourself looks like enemies. And the spy has an unlockable other knife that works quite a bit differently. When you have it equipped you cant use the disguise kit. But when you backstab someone you take their identity instantly.

Blah, road trip over. Back on computer. Took way longer that i originally assumed....anyway i got the genuine tamrielic relic hat for tf2. Very cool, yet i dont ever play heavy XD. Also installing the free Brink for the weekend so i can get the brink sniper hat for tf2 (I dont play sniper either) And also, I was thinking to convert the Tamrielic Relic hat to work in oblivion.
