cant go forward with the blood moon main quest

Im currently working on rebellion at frostmoth quest, i got the update that i find alcohol on Antonius Nuncius's desk, i go to see him and try to talk to him about moral being low but he still says that he knows nothing, i never got the topic dry fort when i try to talk to the guards even with drinks on me, i dont know if its bugged or im actually doing something wrong but i tried all the topics possible.

Edit: I decided to go the bad way and killed him and i was able to finish the quest but then you cant pick up the next one.

alright i found was actually caused the bug i think. The way i did it was that i got the alcohol in antonius desk and those are marked as stolen, the guards will talk about booze but wont actually have the topic to accept any.I went to town to buy some but it was too late because after that point it was impossible to make the topic appears anyway. I reloaded the quest before i started the quest and went to get some alcohol from the vendors this time and the topic appeared correctly. So in short...make sure to go get some *legit* alcohol for the soldier before attempting to get the one from antonius.

And where did you find the alcohol? All I can manage are just "bottles" and "jugs". No booze anywhere whatsoever.

Actually the problem is that his office is pretty well hidden, just keep looking and eventually you will find it. I did.

Or if your too lazy to just look up the UESP thread on the subject.

Also, I gave the guards some Shein I found standing in a bookcase close to the main quest givers office, not sure if it was stolen (I suspect it was) but they did'nt seem to care.

Hm. Yes, found it finally. The thing was that there is no booze in Balmora, but in Caldera, I walked to the inn and the keep had all of them.

But, there is another problem. During the Ritual of the Sun, I got to the Halls of Penumbra, killed the Light Keeper and looted the eye, but no journal entry happened and when I return to the stone and click it, nothing happens. Any suggestions?

It does'nt work yet, only thing you can really do is skip the quest.

Type this in the console:

setstage fbmwbmstones 80

This will finish the entire Ritual of Gifts quest, too lazy to get one for each of the non working stones.

I asked about a possible bug still in this quest but it's not a bug. Turns out this quest is hard to finish unless you find and talk to this one specific NPC. He's hard to find! LOL Sorry.
