Voiced Dialog is included in v039

Submitted by diznanl on

I recently installed the Additional Support Files 2 required for v039.  I lost all dialogue, now... haven't heard a peep out of anyone.  The rest of the installations all went fine piror to this; Am I missing something?  I've tried installing it again, but nothing.  I used Wrye Bash Installers and can see the files in the data -> voice -> morroblivion conversation

If anyone has any idea, please let me know.  Thanks,

There is a very serious problem that when the dialog was merged into the Master, the ID's changed. I do not know yet how we are going to resolve this.

Hey David, I'm new here...

You're THE MAN for making this whole thing happen.  So pretty much anything that happens with the morrowind_ob.esm is  'your fault' ... which is a VERY GOOD THING as far as I'm concerned.  Bugs notwithstanding, I'll take it!  Thanks man!

I went ahead and installed the original Morroblivion Conversations over, with ESPs, and I am back to at least where I was before.  Not sure if the added dialogue is there, but we shall see.

Thanks again...!

Yeah, if you go back to v38 and install the esp's, you should hear the Morrowind voices. For example, walk around some Dark Elves and Wood Elves. They should sound a lot different.

Thank you Diz. I have no idea what you mean, but thank you anyway...

You orignally replied with 'that's my fault' ... and then the post went away.  :)  I replied to your updated one, instead.  Regardless, thanks.  I'm running v039 with Morroblivion Conversations and I've got at least the old ones back... haven't tested for the new, or know exactly what to look for yet.  Thanks to both You and Robert for your fine work.
