I just want to mention that this is stronghold and basement walls made of stones stacked up. There is supposed to be little space with supporting structures being quite massive. Wooden supporting structure in the corner should maybe be a bit more massive, like in the original Morrowind model. It is meant to keep the stacked walls in position :)
I guess it's a mixture of stone, wood and clay. Walls are made of stone and are covered with clay to round corners and make this feature on the walls sticking out around 1m above the floor. Some models also contain wood, both visible and hidden behind clay.
The previous person (Clayman) claiming this work has not logged in for 6 weeks, so this indicates that not interested, so these models need to be done by somebody new. PLEASE HELP!!!
I could do strongrubble00 and strongrubble01 if they aren't taken, I want to contribute but I think anything more complicated wouldn't be up to your standards, I will just make similar rubble, 4 stony/bricklike objects, each the same or similar, and if you want maybe some smaller stones around it. I've never made textures like this from scratch so I will use whatever textures are in the texture part of the forums, if you really insist I will look for a tutorial on making stony/rubble textures, but it should be consistent with the textures of the other assets here. Please tell me if it sounds like I could be of use. I use 3DS Max 2014.

Hey pehmis11,
Upload the models as you do them so that they are not lost to the project :) Link the uploads in this thread
