FastLOD for Morroblivion v065 and tested with v066

Description:
This is the high performance addon for systems with integrated graphics or low-power/budget GPUs, or for people that just want to maximize FPS.  It reduces the distant object models to the less than a hundred instances (Vivec, Ghostfence, Giant crabshell in Ald-ruhn, Karstaag castle in Solstheim).  It replaces large mushrooms with billboards.  Some dwemer and daedric tower ruins are also replaced with billboards.

Requirements:
Morroblivion v065
Morroblivion Tree Replacers
FastLOD for Morroblivion v065 (Main)

Installation:
Install FastLOD-Main following its directions.  Then install this mod, overwriting any files when asked.

Compatibility:
Same as FastLOD-Main.
