Um not a team member yet but I've decided to help the project in development so I've made a little research
What creates the feeling of Morrowind besides music and landscapes?
A perfect shading! I want you to notice that next time you look on a Morrowind screenshot.
I've noticed some unleavened feeling in Skywind and Morroblivion, I asked my self - what is the reason? And I've noticed that if you play a bit more with fog/shaders/sky/skyboxes you can create "being on vvardenfell" feeling.
One of the main things in morrowind is pink-orange tinge in the fog even on Solstheim. That is the Morrowind style - you can notice it even in ESO Morrowind territory screenshots
Now lets see what will happen if we take a Skywind screenshot and add a pink-orange tinge to it (check first attachment)
In morrowind the fog is created with vertrexpainted skybox model which moves around with player
