Here's my first take based off the voice direction. My influence was actually in the original Metal Gear Solid when Psycho Mantis has his mask off.

There's a couple audible inhalations that I did on purpose, I figured an argonian might have some of those.

A little difficult given no specific example to follow, so I just tried a slow, measured cadence, with a sort of rasping 'h' hiss. Hope it's what you're looking for! As with the rest of the auditions I posted, I'm alright doing whatever role is necessary.
