Hello!

My name is Lindsey and I'm super excited to work on this project. During the summer I will have graduated in my program (a general technical design program) and will have lots of time to work on this. My program was generalized so I have knowledge in many things including modeling/sculpting, rigging, rigging, animation, texturing, lighting, rendering, and game engines. In the fall I will start online courses in animation to become more specialized, as animating is what I would like to do. I would love to help with rigging and animation on any/all characters/creatures.

I have experience in Max, Maya, Unity, Unreal, and many more unrelated design programs. Also my portfolio is awful right now. I included a demo reel with both successes and failures from my advanced animation course. But I can easily create a new demo reel with better character/creature animations and walk/run cycles that is more representative of my skill; I just wanted to quickly post for consideration on this project.

I am ready to start whenever!

Lindsey

Hi, Animation is the area that is hardest to get specialized people for, so this is where you'll be able to help us the most. I see you have 3ds max experience and this is the software that will be the easiest to get setup. I'm not an animator, we have a few other animators signed up but all having varying degrees of being active online and amount of time to help with getting people setup.

Please check out the tutorial to getting setup https://tesrenewal.com/forums/animation/animation-tutorial

Deadman001 logs in about once every 2 weeks. Aersiarn is a coder working on tools and code, he is on a lot.

We tend to have animators slip through our grasp. We are simply not organized in this department, because it is so specialized, none of the other team leaders can really just slip into the role of helping an allocating tasks. Please be patient as we will try and get you the information you need. Stick with us over the long run is what I'm hinting at.

Of course! I will look at that tutorial and many many more get prepped. This is a project I'm extremely interested in so I will definitely stick around.

If there are any other tutorials you recommend looking at I will get to them ASAP.

Awesome. I've moved a few threads to do with animations to the forum https://tesrenewal.com/forums/animation

Check them all out, probably duplicate information in some.

I'll send you a PM with some details about setting up the rest of the project.

Welcome to the team!
