No Conversation dialogue?

Submitted by sweathawgs on

When I started Morroblivion with my new character, everything was working normally. The dialogue for the other dunmer prisoner as well as the gaurd were audible. When I reached the second office after choosing my class and birthsign, I stopped hearing conversational dialogue! It makes the game feel so much more dead, and it's becoming unbearable.

What's going on?

Ahh, let me guess you haven't played Morrowind haven'T you? :D

In original Morrowind, there were nearly no voice conversation at all, except for the beginning. It was written.

However we made some progress recording those voices ourselves. Even somone created geneterated voice. If you have a lot(but I mean a lot of like 100 GBs) you can use that untested computer generated voices.

Ahh, yes. But not since before Oblivion came out. -_- lol Thank you for reminding me. I feel relieved that I'm not experiencing a bug.

Regardless it's still too quiet. I'll continue playing but I eagerly anticipate the recorded voices.

Good sir, you simple MUST download Robert Neville's Voiced Dialogue mod.

It will most definitely enhance you're gaming experiance. It adds the lines of dialogue that were in morrowind to oblivion.
