Thieves Guild questline

Here is the thieves guild series of quests. I am also attaching my notes about various problems and how I fixes some of them. There are still problems but overall it works fine.

One strange issue I am encountering is Advancement. Not just here but in the Mages Guild also. Not sure if my builds are conflicting with version 9.1 or not. I can't figure it out, even a new game doesn't solve the problem. I've removed the advancement management scripts just to keep only the BSA version. Still no luck. Maybe someone else can spot the problem.
