I apologize in advance if this is posted in an inappropriate area for this sort of thing, but first browsed the Bugs and Issues area and didn't feel that it quite fit there. I also saw in the Bugs and Issues report "Sirrollus Saccus and Avus Belvilo Don't Train?" that Dave B apparently has a request for training help posted somewhere, but was not able to locate that. So, I'm sharing it here and hoping that this thread can be redirected to an appropriate area if necessary.
At any rate, while playing the Morrowblivion complete install V051 I noticed that a few master trainers I hunted down IG after looking them up on UESP (namely Missun Akin, Master Marksman Trainer and Seryne Relas, Master Alteration Trainer) never offered their training services.
I have no experience in modding and minimal skill with the Construction Set, but I researched AI packages to see what could be causing the training services to not be offered. What I found was that the two master trainers I had observed IG as never offering training services had the AI package "aaaDefaultExploreEditorLoc512" listed as their first package in the list. Missun Akin's AI screen looked like this:

Again, I don't really know much about AI, but from what I read it seems from the above that the aaaDefaultExploreEditorLoc512 package would be run constantly based on the criteria it had enabled. I then looked inside that package and discovered that the Offer Services box was unchecked. Here is a screenshot of that:

I believe that this is what was causing those two trainers, at least, to not offer their services.
In order to test my theory, I created an ESP with the aaaDefaultExploreEditorLoc512 package having the Offer Services option checked and moved it to the end of my Morroblivion mods in the load order. When I reloaded the game the trainers were fixed and offering their services as they should be.
So... My question to those wiser than myself is: would enabling the Offer Services option negatively affect something else?
If this is an appropriate fix, then I would be happy to save others the minimal efforts I put into this fix by sharing my 'patch' ESP file. If there is another, better way to handle this issue I would appreciate learning what it is. If someone could offer some guidance on this I would appreciate it!

I am not an expert,but in my opion,if those trainers now offer training and give the correct training,then your .esp file could be used and intergrated into the master later.
But don`t quote me on this as Dave B is the guy in charge of the master file.
