I'm sure I'm not the only one who uses ENB and loves every last bit of it-except the super dark nights and dungeons...not that dark is bad, dark is great but when...say a torch gives off so little light that it wont illuminate 3 feet in front of the character it gets a little irritating.
What I'm requesting is make light sources that can be carried by the player or in specific locations have their light reach further. I do not request that there is more bloom because bloom+enb=potentially overpoweringly bright. Not all of us use ENB so could it be possible to include this concept as a option that can be accessed through the menu?
P.S. just tested out CoT, Deadly Dragons and so forth in Skywind, they function perfectly.
I've had heavy, heavy rain storms in Skywind with lightning mods doing their thing while I was fighting a Dragon with 4 followers and the game handled it perfectly...except for the occasional time when the Dragon would dip into the sea or clip into the ground (the sea part was bloody cool, the ground made me lol). In fact I'll make a thread stating known compatible mods at this time (at least from my testing).

So... you want... a torch? Basically you want skywind to be more compatible with enb's. couple things first.
1. By menu I take it you mean mcm menu. Programming a mcm menu to control lighting is probably impossible and I don't think anyone would take the time to do it.
2. bloom =/= brightness. bloom is a glow effect in skyrim [External image]look at the redoran guard armor, see a tad bit of glow. The less saturation you have the less bloom you should use.
3. we'll never be able to make skywind compatible with every enb.
P.s. Why are you testing dragons in Morrowind anyway. That's like joining the stormcloaks. Then using console commands to kill Ulfric and telling bethesda that doing that causes bugs. no dragon will ever be compatible with skywind. If I were you, I wouldn't try to bring skyrim mods over to skywind.
