I can def work on the acting part as i said my first time in it, what im worried about is the actual tone if that tone is acceptable i can work on acting it out

I definitely want in on this.  I'll have to look into getting the files in the proper format and sending samples to whoever needs to hear them.  I have a Blue Snowball microphone and can control noise pollution.  I could do a great job with Bretons or Morrowind-style Bosmer, and I can throat sing well enough to make a fair attempt at a Dunmer.  Any part big or small - I'd be glad to help out!

Is there by chance any room still for me to do Argonians or any specific Argonian characters? I can do reptilian, undead, creatures, villains with roughed up voices, and other voices ranging from stone face serious to just plain silly.

Voices are great! Only one that doesnt quite fit is the dunmer, however quality is definitely an issue, lots of echo and background noise

Thank you! And yes, I'm aware the quality wasn't good, I just needed to get my foot in the door so you'd have a taste of what I'm capable of. Finally got some quality audio equipment and re-recorded these lines, plus some new ones.  These characters interest me some, but I'd be willing to do pretty much any or as many roles or generic dialogue as you'll let me.

I don't think the Argonian turned out very well, but posting here for feedback anyway.

For King Helseth and Ra'gruzgob, I tried out two voices for each, one more gravelly and one a bit toned down.  Feedback on those appreciated.

Here, I'll copy the post;

I have never done any voice acting before, but I hope I can help a bit! 

I have a mid-ranged voice, so I guess Male Imperial would be an option for me. But I can change my voice a bit for maybe a Nord voice or I can try a female voice... (I can't guarantee you anything, but I will try!)

I will upload a few dialogues, so you can decide if you like my voice or not.

Where should I upload it? Is a SoundCloud link okay?
I will do some recording during this week-end, so you guys can have a listen

Btw to everyone in this thread, I've transferred all female voices (editing in male voices atm) to google spreadsheet if you're having trouble viewing the main files. Since it's a "live" document I think it might be of good use to the main devs to keep track of which voices have been completed? People can also comment on individual cells. You can see I've greened out some nord voices meaning I've recorded those for myself.

I'm happy to do anything you need, really.
Like I mentioned before, I'm Norwegian so I could do some Female Nord characters with a Scandinavian accent. I could do Eydis Fire-Eye for example, if you think my voice is suitable.
Or I could do a Nord with accent and a bit lower pitch as well as a different character with a higher pitch and a more British accent.

It's all up to what you need.

Bit of a lower pitch would suit nords just fine, as is, is ok for imperials

Apelles Matius Audition. I decided to give him a voice that made him sound ever so slightly cynical. I felt this fit his lines and appearance better.

If I wanted to do all the things that the tutorial video demonstrated would I not only get the construction set but also Skyrim script extender, SKSE? Since this project applies to the skyrim engine.

Hi, i'd like to offer my voice for some of the minor character voice roles that need doing.

I have done a few lines as a demo so you can see what races i'm inclined to try and voice: One line each from Bols Indalen (Dunmer), Irgola (Redguard) and Joshur (Khajiit). I've also thrown in some Altmer misc. lines in, as they are easy enough with my accent.

Those are great! the dunmer was a bit off but bravo on the rest, altmer even sounded similar to the guy who already voiced the males well done, as far as i am concerned pick any redguard khajiit or even try and tacle some altmer, if you would like i can give you the voicetype for the altmer

This may have been overlooked since I added it to my older post. I know the orc isn't raspy enough, so I just went deep as I was able and just lowered the pitch a bit. Anyone have any tips on how to get that rumbling effect on their voice for the orcs?

If you think I'd be good for any role shoot it my way and I'll get to work on it. I can do a decent variety of voices, so I'll be giving more samples at a later time (when work isn't destroying me.)

Any feedback, or particular characters I should focus on?  I think I would be pretty good for Dunmer - and with literally hundreds of Dunmer NPCs it could keep me busy.  See above for my soundcloud link.

Do you think a voice like mine would be useful anywhere? Please be gentle.

In my experience around here, "assigned" is a bit flexible meaning that someone has said that they'll voice the character but it's not guaranteed that they will and if too much time goes by without hearing from the person it is assigned to someone else.

For example, nearly all argonians and khajiit was assigned once but we didn't hear from the guys for months (still haven't) so we freed the characters.

So if there is a specific character you have in mind just ask about it, (we should probably date the assigned ones or something to IMO)

For example right now, crassius curio has been assigned to eric saleh and we didn't ever hear from him after first contact when he talked big about voicing this-and-that and I can't understand why he hasn't been removed by now.

Well, I want Vivec. If that's free, let me know.

And just for giggles, I'll try out Cassius, as well. I'll tag/pm you when I post them (sometime in the next few days).

All the unique male lines are done yes, but if your up for it ill get you to record the voicetype lines for them, that's all the attack noises and environmental comments (everything that was actually voiced in morrowind), and you can go ahead and pick a few khajiit before they are all done, just let me know which ones you want

Just assign me to the unassigned Khajiit (Wadarkhu, Dro'Tasarr, Joshur and Ri'Zaadha), i'll get them done ASAP. And yeah, I can do those Altmer voicetype stuff - is there a list of all the lines for that?

That's fine, I can re-record specific Orc and Imperial (Others too, if you want) lines if you want, or shall I just do random ones again? Or just choose any unassigned roles?

The audio sounds good and clean, the only thing I could think of is to try and get out some clearer sounding words. In some areas the wording sort of blends and is not that clear. I would also try and space your dialogue so that it doesn't sound too rushed. The voice was nice, just need to tweak it a bit and I think it sounds great XD

Considering the elder scrolls don't necessarily have "french" or "english" other than different races I don't think applying an accent unless it's race specific would be good. Is he an imperial?

He is a Breton. Looking at his script and his name.. he seems influenced by the french stereotype..
