I've been playing morroblivion some time ago on version 44 or so.. now i see a lot of updating has been made, so i want to update mine, but I would like to know how do i uninstall the old version of morroblivion without causing problems for the new one and most important to keep the old saves to work in the new version.. I believe i need to uninstall the master file, somehow uninstall the release... and do i need to uninstall ely's silent voice and obse?

But you need to uninstall old master-file (obviously) and all resources from old version.

Simply doing a fresh install is of course the best way to insure a clean slate but I don't think it's really necessary. TES4Files is pretty straight forward. Just select the Morrowind_ob.esm in the list so that an [x] Appears next to it. Then check the "UNINSTALL" box and click on EXPORT. This should move all the files to a subdirectory of wherever you extracted TES4Files to.

With this, I would just go back to Oblivion/Cyrodiil, then save your game and update. Then you could go back and resume.
