From what I understand, a lot of the voice acting for most of the morrowind dialogue (rewritten, of course) has been completed.
A lot of people still play morrowind using TES III engine.
I'll cut to the chase. Would the people of the TES renewal project be willing to allow the TES3 modding community to have the voice acting so that the modders of TES3 can make morrowind voice acted as well?
Afterall, so much work is being done over here in terms of voice acting, work that really could never have been completed for morrowind because by the time computer microphone home-setups became more widely available, oblivion was already out and the morrowind community was drifting from the game. Another afterall: the two communities are modding communities and modding communities love sharing.
Russian modders popped out this thing called Talky Morrowind which is great but the voices are mechanical and russian. Mechanical english voices aren't much better. So what do you think? TES Renewal voice actors can share the love or is it just asking for too much? TES3 modders would be more than willing to rewrite TES3 in-game dialogue to fit any re-writes your actors play, I'm quite sure.
I've already mentioned this to a few people at TES3 and everyone I told about it got excited about your project and possibly future TES3 work with the voice acting.
As for writers and making SkyWind less generic for the voice actors, there are Less Generic NPC mods already made for morrowind, so we can ask TES3 modders about sharing their ideas with SkyWind in trade for the beautiful voice acting by your actors. It's a possible win-win, but you guys have more spunk in terms of fresh ideas, although looking at the less generic NPC mods for morrowind might be worth a shot to see if anything sparks.
I'm not an important player in any communities but I'll make a great messenger boy.

Everything in the voice
Everything in the voice department needs to be re-recorded, since there has been some issues with the scripts. This means that nothing is really done at the moment. Much like any other items on this website, they belong to the creators who made the recordings, and would require everyone who recorded them to accept them being used in relation to other mods.(Lango and Smite are probably better qualified to answer this question, and please correct me if I am wrong guys!)
