Hi everybody, I've just discovered morroblivion now and all I have to say is it's a well done job! But I am having some issues when I play morroblivion and also some doubts...
I have followed the installation's steps according to https://tesrenewal.com/forums/oblivion/morroblivion-mod-releases/8114 (I have installed OBSE and Ely's Universal Silent Voice as solicited! But the guide doesn't mention when and if MenuQue OBSE Plugin should be installed, since it's a important requirement: https://tesrenewal.com/forums/morroblivion/mods/753, but I have followed the readme files and everything's installed successfully.)
As recommended, I've installed Wrye Bash and installed the Unofficial Oblivion, Shivering Isles and DLCs (Knights of Nine, Orrery, etc) patches through Wrye Bash. Everything's occurred well... When I've launched OBSE_loader.exe, Oblivion has started and the main menu has appeared, but when I've started a new game, I've been unable to start the Morroblivion game, just the Oblivion regular game in Cyrodiil's prison! I've closed the game and returned to Wrye Bash menu and noticed that some .esm and .esp files have red markers saying that some files have the same load order!

I've tried to reorder the .esm and .esp files manually and after some time reordering, Morroblivion has finally worked! At least by now, when I start a new game, I start in Seyda Neen's Ship! But when I reordered the files, new ones appeared in red markers!
I also noticed that Dialog voices audio are missing, for example, when I talk to some guard or person in Seyda Neen or in Balmora, I can only see the text dialog and the NPC moving its lips, but no conversation voice audio, is it a bug related to my .esm and .esp files load order or in fact, Morroblivion doesn't have audio dialogs yet? Despite the fact that there is no dialog voice audio, the game is running properly, slightly slower than in regular Oblivion, but it's ok.

Are you sure your load order
Are you sure your load order is correct? Try BOSS or something to reorder everything and make sure to organize the load order just like the instructions says.
Morroblivion doesn't have voiced dialog because it's supposed to be just like the original Morrowind. Btw, voice acting EVERY dialog in the game would take a huge amount of work and time and the Skywind team is working on that for...Well, Skywind, but not for Morroblivion.
