I've finished up my part in the Velothi tombs, and now I'm modelling Redoran Interiors.
Most of this will just be modifying stuff the last guy made, I might have to make a few things from scratch, though.
Here's what I've done so far.
Tri_In_R_L_int_Lwall_01
Pattern on the ceiling produced from tiling

You are a hero Bolt Bunny!
Too bad Revada just disappeared like that, but I'm really glad to see someone picking it up again! Really like that pattern too ;)
Moar stuff!!!11!!eleven1!one OMG
I'm not sure if it can tile with anything but itself at the moment, kinda useless >.> I'll definitely need to change something, somewhere.
Very sexy
Way to get to get stuck in Bolt! I like the one you have been using already the sixth one along.
great progress here Bolt :) did you manage to get your meshes to connect to Revada`s meshes?
I created the entrance piece for the super large halls, Revada already made a connection between small hallways and walls & maybe I need to make one for the 02 wall, one still needs to be made for the large walls and I think everything else doesn't need to connect directly.
Looking fantastic!
One suggestion i have is to throw some more edge loops into those tubes that you have on the walls/roof to make the curves more smooth, Since the player will be seeing these up very close.
eff yes! . . . .Redoran Pleases me, good job!
Much better! keep it up dude, it looks fantastic!
These are looking Fan-Franking-Tastic! Environmental art doesn't get the recognition it deserves. You sir, should be swimming in up-karmas.
we're throwing karma at this guy like a 50yr old accountant in a strip joint. But at least he deserves it.
Changing/tweaking steps so they look much more similar to Revada's, since I may or may not have forgotten he had made some.
Anything that connects to the bridge tiles is just going to have different steps, but the individual ones that have no direct tiling will just be changed to resemble Revada's models.
looking great. fyi do we need somebody to UV these?
Nope, I should be fine doing these. I did a bit of reading and experimenting, they'll be UV'd properly this time around :P
9001 years later...*
*Not actually 9001 years later
edit: building_01 is the exact same, but without a hole in the floor for the stairs
| I'd of put more interior shots, but you can only go so far without textures and that line was back there ( <- ) near the beginning
Here I am
I'll finish it tomorrow or Monday if things go to plan
after a few incidents where we received snapping tile sets only to discover they weren't snapping at all, can u guide us through all this when the time comes. Need to get these all in a scene file in max, check that they all snap, and then send each model to the origin and export.
This will also help us finalize textures and add overlays and detail.
fairly sure its easily fixed. some extra loops with hide that bad shading.
yeah, shouldn't be too hard
morrowind textures?
idk, eloth gave them to me when he gave me the assets
I would like to try make new texutres for this if they do end up needing to be done.
They're not Morrowind textures, however a few don't tile, like this:
I think it's three, including the one above, that don't tile, but the rest tile nicely.
And in terms of progress, just been UVing and texturing the last few days, and fixing up minor discrepancies and/or making aesthetic tweaks
Almost UV'd completely, just need to adjust the columns and perhaps the panels on the wall and it's done. Of course, there's more that I've done other than just that, but it's basically the same jist
